Mr. Rama Seshu Eyunni
President and CEO

Mr. Rama Seshu Eyunni is the founder of Tetrasoft Inc. Ever since the inception in 1997, he is acting as President and CEO of our international corporation and its affiliates. Through the early part of his career and his college studies, Mr. Eyunni developed a management style that combines interpersonal skills, effective communication and direct personal marketing. These principals created the foundation of our company at its inception and remain the keys components to our current and future success.

As an entrepreneur for more than two decades, he has successfully managed several lines of businesses that include: Power Generation, Information Technology, Real Estate and Entertainment with ventures in India, Malaysia, USA and upcoming ventures in other countries. Bringing together a wealth of international expertise and experience, he drives Tetrasoft's global operations; and defining and executing the company's long-term strategy focused on growth, profitability, and customer & operational excellence.

He firmly believes that "Service to Humanity is Service to God" and brings the concept of welfare and charity into practice in Tetrasoft. Throughout its history Tetrasoft Inc, has donated and participated in several charities, with a determined aim to bring humanity, education, morality, discipline and peace in our society. A few of the social welfare programs are, water camps (during summer), contributions to medical research, child education, helping orphaned and impoverished children, aid for minority business owners, and assistance to senior citizens, both in India and USA.

Outside the office, he is a passionate and skilled golfer. He also enjoys sports, animals, and nature.

Mr. Durga Prasad Eyunni
Director

Mr. Durga Prasad Eyunni has been an integral part of Tetrasoft India, since its inception in 2006. He holds a Bachelors degree in commerce and has over 25 years of experience managing various businesses. He has rich and varied experience in general administration and facilities management.

Mrs. Lalita Rajgopal Topu
Director

Mrs. Lalita Rajgopal Topu has worked in various capacities in United States and is associated with Tetrasoft Inc., USA for more than a decade. She has rich experience in the areas of General Management, Business strategies, corporate affairs and finance. Her strong exposure to a global and multi cultural work environment, background with strategy and operations are experiences which are helpful to the organization.

Mr. Jayapal Reddy Ganta
Vice President (Offshore Administration and Infrastructure)

Mr. Jayapal Reddy Ganta holds a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E Mech.). He graduated in 1987 and has worked in the Heavy Machinery industry for over 10 years. He has been working in the IT industry since 1999, managing off-shore development centers with specific responsibilities in the Accounting, Finance and Infrastructure areas. Mr. Jayapal has been associated with Tetrasoft India since its inception, and is taking care of the Administration and infrastructure.

Mr. Surendranath Kande
Vice President

Mr. Surendranath Kande is a technocrat experienced in handling projects of varied sizes in various technologies. He is adept in teambuilding, leadership development, management skills training and executive coaching. He has been working in the IT industry since 1996.

He has been associated with Tetrasoft since February, 1998. Having spent over 8 years of his career in USA within IT, specializing in the Health Care industry, he relocated back to India to build & develop the project teams at Tetrasoft India Pvt Ltd., right from the scratch.

He is a process oriented person and strongly believes in quantitatively managing all the projects. He has designed, developed and maintained large Data-warehousing & Mainframe applications for Tetrasoft's clients. Being a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and ITIL V3F, he provides technical and managerial guidance on most of the projects executed at Tetrasoft India.

Mark P. Grohs
Executive Vice President (Operations & Marketing)

Joining Tetrasoft in 2004 our EVP of operations and marketing, Mark Grohs, has over 35 years of Business Applications Development experience, focusing in the "Health Care Payer" market. In his many years on the "Client Side", Mark was a "Pioneer" in successfully leveraging and deploying offshore development models and the value they bring to our clients for one of the Largest Health Care Payers in the U.S.

Growing through the ranks of technology and architecture and developing IT Business solutions, he maintains a "global view" and "client perspective" of how our services provide the most value to our clients. His "visions" within Tetrasoft have lead to our expansion into other areas of service, namely Quality Assurance and Business Analysis functions.
